I'm Trav, owner and head trainer of
Fit Faster Performance formerly Perth Fitness Boot Camps. I love training people and I'm
real good at it. I should be considering I've been at it
for almost 10 years, study like I have ADD and regularly travel
to the US and interstate to learn from the best.
I
can get you the results you are looking for, but it
wasn't always this way. I even quit the fitness industry
briefly because I couldn't get my clients the results
they wanted. I just didn't have the answers. Now I do,
and I've got the testimonials from happy clients to
prove it.
But
I can’t train 100 people a week one on one.
However I can train more than 100 people a week in groups

We
do things different to most Boot Camps.
You’re not forced to keep up – you work at your
own pace. You wont slow anyone down and wont be punished
or made to run laps.
There’s no situps or crunches because they are bad for
your back and I can prove it.
Theres no long running, because you shouldn’t
have to pay to go for a run. We use my Fit Faster Workouts
which are all programmed months in advance based on
Functional Movements and Cardio Strength Training.
We provide the latest functional
training equipment so it's like youre training at a
specialized gym every time you show up.
There's a different workout every
time you come along using kettlebells, medicine balls,
bodyweight exercises, jungle gyms, dumbbells, TRX's,
sandbags, core boards and
anything else I can find to give you a high-intensity,
fat burning workout.
We dont do boxing because of the higher
injury risk.
We wont get you injured – we’ll help get you fixed!
Our
workouts are only 45 minutes, but they're high intensity
Cardio Strength Training workouts that anyone can do. Everything is planned out and structured including
warm-ups and mobility drills used by professional
athletes, cardio strength training and interval cardio
for maximum fat burning, plus we always finish with
stretching.
We have indoor facilities for when the weather
is bad and we run year round!
Most of all, we know it works so we invite you to try Bootcamp out for FREE for 2 weeks so you can
experience it for yourself. That's 3 sessions a week for
2 weeks FREE, with no obligation to join.

with the program, you can sign up for the 12 month
membership and cancel any time. All you will pay is a
$250 cancellation fee! That way YOU can commit to

you have the flexibility to get out.

payments are to be made by direct debit from your mastercard or
visa card one month in advance and recurring payments will be
debited one month after the first payment.

At
49yrs old i have never been so fit, healthy and strong! Travis
has whipped my butt into shape big time. He holds a fun and
interesting style of class, sometimes a lethal workout is had
with no props(equipment)!
I have been working out with him for 8 months now (6x per
f/n) and have increased my fitness, toned up and my core
strength is excellent.
When i went for my medical for my current job the physio
said i should be very proud of my fitness/ strength for my
age.
He’s
knowledgeable about nutrition which has helped me a lot and
identified where my weaknesses are ie knee rolling in, and
tightness in hip flexor, so with this knowledge i was able to
keep an eye on my technique and do a daily stretch.

am very happy and it is all because of you. My work has an area

check on our fitness, well being, etc and give us a biological
age base on our fitness, diet, etc.

but me was higher than their actual age. Mine was 31 (I am
actually 36) but he said it could be lower but that is where the

Daniel Squats Double His Body Weight! ‘trav. i
remember the day i walked into the gym and thought to myself “im
pretty over this, i cant get stronger, i cant eat enough, im
feeling sick as a dog nauseous, this is not worth it. all i wanna
do is squat 100 and im never going to get there.” that day you
walked in and walked up to me at the squat rack and said
"load up the bar with 100. you can do it. and i dont want any
weakness. give it everything you got”. and i did. it felt crazy good. you walked me over to the bench and
said “load it up with 85″ i was like no way im doing
this”. the bar went down, the bar came back up. it felt amazing.
i big singled two big exercises. i thought to myself “if only i could rep those weights for 5 id
never want to be any stronger.”
from that day i
have kept working, and eating, and working, and eating. i stepped
off the bench today… 50×15, 60×12, 70×5, 80×5, 80×5, 85×5. walked (stumbled) off the squat rack on friday.. 120 for 4. the
200% club on the squat has been my dream ever since i learned that
squats were king. ive accomplished my goals and its beyond me
belief. i owe it all to you for planting that seed and giving me
the kick in the pants i needed to keep at it. appreciate it mate.
